Even numbers can be split into two equal groups like 2, 4, and 10.

The digit on the right  is called the Ones place digit.

So how can you tell if a number over 10 is even or odd?

Numbers that end in 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 are even.

Numbers that end in 1,3, 5, 7, and 9 are odd.
