      Range is the difference between the highest and lowest number in a set.

How to Find the Range

Let's try an example.

Tip: curly brackets "{" and "}" are used in math and computer science to show that the numbers belong to one set.

To find the range, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Find the highest number in the set.

19 is the highest number.

2️⃣ Find the lowest number in the set.

Encuentra el número más bajo del conjunto.

2 is the lowest number in the set.

3️⃣ Subtract the lowest value from the highest value.

19 - 2 = 17

19 menos 2 = 17

The range of the set is 17. ✅
