If you are feeling negative, a great way to reset your energy is by counting your breath.

When you breath in, count 1.

When you breath out, count 2.

Once you get to 10, start back at 1.

This changes what you focus on.

It helps you stop giving attention to negative thoughts and raises your energy back up to happiness.

Then you can give your attention to more positive thoughts.
